Where does the hair come from?

Glamapuss Hair Co. offers 100% raw, unprocessed human hair extensions directly from individual donors. So no chemicals and no synthetic fibers!

How many "bundles" of hair do I need for an install?

Glamapuss Hair Co. currently offers extensions in lengths 18"-28". All "bundles" are separately sold. The following is recommended for hair installation:

16" to 20" - 3 bundles

22" and up - 4 bundles  

What color are Glamapuss Hair Co. hair extensions?

All of our hair extension "bundles" come in a Natural Dark Brown-Black color ("1B") for reference. Some products may slightly differ in color due to varying hair donors and all products being free of chemical processing. 

Because of this, all products may be color processed to achieve your desired hair color. 

Why do my hair extension have a slight scent?

Do to the origin of our 100% raw, unprocessed hair extensions, "bundles" may have a slight scent that can be entirely resolved by washing your product(s) as recommended: 

Wash extensions with a clarifying shampoo and moisturizing conditioner before installing. Allow extensions to air dry for best results! 

What are your shipping times?

We currently offer Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) & Express (2-3 business days) Shipping! 

Express shipping will be determined by mail courier based on the shipping address provided at checkout. 

Where is my order?

Once your order has been processed, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to your inbox.

If you have not received a tracking number, your order is still processing. 

Please allow a minimum of 24 hrs for the tracking information to provide its next update.
